Photo Fun Frames is a Wolf Forge project, built to let you make something personal without handing your photographs to us.

Your photographs

Photographs you choose in the editor are opened and processed by your browser on your device. They are not uploaded to Photo Fun Frames or Wolf Forge servers.

Your chosen photographs are held only in the current browser session and clear when you refresh or close the page. Finished pictures are created in your browser and saved directly to your device when you choose to download them.

Accounts, analytics and cookies

You do not need an account to use Photo Fun Frames. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics, and we do not sell information about visitors.

The site does not intentionally set tracking cookies. A payment provider may use cookies or similar technology on its own checkout pages for security, fraud prevention and payment processing.

Problem reports

If you submit a problem report, we receive the category, selected frame, description, and any browser or device details you choose to type. Your photograph is never attached.

Reports are emailed to the site owner and kept only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, handle follow-up, or meet a legal obligation. Please do not include names or other private details in a report.

To limit spam, the report service temporarily counts submissions using a keyed hash derived from the connecting address. It does not store the address or report text in its rate-limit database.

Website and server logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily record standard technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. This is used for operation, troubleshooting and security—not advertising or user profiling.

Biscuits and Stripe

Photo Fun Frames is free. If you voluntarily buy Wolf Forge a biscuit, Stripe processes the payment and may collect payment details, contact information, and information needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Wolf Forge does not receive or store your full card details. Transaction information made available by Stripe may be retained where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, payment queries, or legal obligations. Stripe also operates under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, and to object to certain uses. Because this site deliberately collects very little, there may be little information for us to provide or delete.

For privacy questions or requests, use the contact details on the Wolf Forge website. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If the way Photo Fun Frames handles information changes, this page will be updated along with the date above.
